Milk must be chilled quickly after milking to stop bacterial growth. INTEC bulk milk coolers (BMC) chill milk from 35°C to 4°C within 2 hours for the first milking and from 10°C to 4°C within 1.5 hours for the second milking, keeping milk fresh until it reaches the dairy plant.
