The INTEC stainless steel cheese press is a manual press used to remove whey and give paneer or cheese a firm, uniform block shape. The complete machine body is made from SS 304, with a 1.5 mm thick sheet box, 3 mm SS pressing plate and a 20 mm threaded shaft for even pressure.
