A homogeniser forces milk through precision valves at high pressure, breaking fat globules into very small particles so they stay evenly mixed. This prevents a cream layer forming during storage and gives milk a whiter look, smoother mouthfeel and richer taste.

Supplying Pressure Homogeniser to Uganda
